High melting temperature (1680°C). Generally, an appropriate clarifier (high-temperature clarifier NaCL) and, high-quality refractory materials are used, The electric-assisted heating and full electrofusion technology is adopted.

 

Boron volatilizes. Select appropriate raw materials and adopt technologies such as sealing the material channel.

 

Stratification of glass liquid. The temperature of the lower glass liquid is increased to improve its fluidity and reduce stratification, and a furnace bottom discharge device is used. (Application of full electrofusion technology).

 Less losses and less air pollution.
 Reduce the activity of active substances such as boron and alkali.
 Glass is uniform.
 Full load output can be maintained during the entire furnace life.
  Heat loss is reduced and evaporation is greatly reduced. Melting is achieved by the conduction of the glass molten itself, with a thermal efficiency close to 78%. The power consumption per kilogram of molten glass is 1.0 to 1.2Kwh.
 The all-electric melting furnace is easy to adjust and control and has a wide operating range.
